Ecological fabrics

First things first! I am looking for great ecological/biological fabrics. The biggest chance to find some nice patterns is on the internet.

Webshops
So I searched for nice webshops. In Holland I found the prices vary a bit: from 17,95 euros per meter up to 30-something. I don't have much money to spend, but that made it easier for me to choose!
I can dismiss all bio-fabric above 20 euros per meter.

I found webshop sewnatural.eu and liked it instantly. It has quite a collection of biofabrics, some with really nice patterns! And the price is right. The fabric you see in the picture is the one I laid my eyes on...

Sell to buy
I can buy 1 meter, make some nice softies with it, and see if it sells. In my previous post I wrote that I really don't like marketing and sales, I'm not into that. But I have to sell to be able to (buy more cute fabrics and) make more! I only want to sell because the costumer loves what I make, not because I convinced him of her with my irritating marketing efforts.

I am a softie for biological products and love to make softies. So, that's why I chose my blogname 'biosoftie'.

So, I'm at the very beginning on my biosoftie adventure and will blog about my ideas, thoughts, beautiful biological softie-finds and about making biosofties for my future etsy shop.

Cancel marketing, start loving
I don't like marketing and being involved in social media only to make more sales. Social media and other social 'events' (digital of in real life) should be to communicatie, share, help and being happy about it. It shouldn't be a way to push people in buying your products. What I do like is making lovely stuff with my sewing-machine and doing it ecofriendly. Hopefully, my products make others happy.

Goal!
My goal doing all this is to love the environment and making people happy by doing what I love!
